Being on the M4 corridor, Lucan riders are well placed to learn with us and to reach our IBT centre when the on-site part of the course comes around. We start on the quieter roads around the village and the Liffey valley, then build towards the busier routes into the city. Patient, one-to-one and at your pace throughout.
