IBT training and motorcycle lessons for Tallaght riders
Tallaght is one of the busiest parts of south-west Dublin, with the kind of traffic that makes a confident rider. We've trained plenty of riders from here over the years.
Coming from Tallaght
We don't run IBT in Tallaght itself. IBT happens on our training ground at Fairyhouse Racecourse, so you learn the basics on a quiet yard before you take on Dublin traffic. Once you have it, your lessons and pre-test can run on the roads around the Tallaght test centre. The centre is on Broomhill Road, and the RSA lists it for the motorcycle categories A, A1, A2 and AM. You can check it on the RSA's list of test centres.
Riders also come to us from Templeogue, Firhouse and Clondalkin.

No machine of your own? You'll ride ours, with the gear sorted, so there's nothing to buy before you start.
Small groups
On the road it's usually one or two riders per instructor: calm, RSA approved and at a pace that suits you.

Everything ties back to what the examiner wants, so you're ready when test day comes.

Your IBT happens on our training ground at Fairyhouse Racecourse, about 30 km from Tallaght. You finish with your IBT certificate.

If your test is in Tallaght, we can do your pre-test there. The RSA centre is in Premier Business Park, 52 Broomhill Road (D24 VE8E). We go there for pre-tests often, so you'll practise the U-turn, the slow ride and the emergency braking on the roads around it. We cover the rest of the RSA's Dublin test centres too.

How to get to our training ground from Tallaght
Where we train: Fairyhouse Racecourse, Ballybin, Ratoath, Co. Meath, A85 XK30. That's about 30 km from Tallaght by road, via the M50 and N3. Buses stop right outside the racecourse.
